It is a personal religious, evangelising, cultural and educational initiative, offered free of charge and not operated as a commercial activity. It is not the official website of any diocese, parish, religious congregation or cause for canonisation unless a specific section expressly states a collaboration.
2. Terms of use
Visitors must use the website lawfully and respectfully, without damaging it, introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorised access or infringing third-party rights. Content may be corrected, reorganised or withdrawn when necessary.
3. Religious and health content
The material is offered for spiritual and educational purposes. References to illnesses, healings or favours reproduce accounts and are not medical advice. Information about beatification or canonisation causes does not replace communications from the competent ecclesiastical authorities.
4. Intellectual property
The website design, selection and original texts are protected by intellectual-property law. Third-party prayers, historical documents, bulletins, images and marks remain the property of their respective owners. A rights holder may request review, attribution or removal by email.
5. Testimonials and external services
Web católico de Javier does not receive or manage testimonies intended for beatification or canonisation causes. When a page provides contact details for a religious congregation or organisation, communication takes place directly between the interested person and that organisation.
The testimonies of private individuals included in historical bulletins published on the portal have been anonymised. Requests for review or removal are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
YouTube players and the Spanish and English daily Gospel modules from evangeli.net configured with informed loading are activated only when the visitor presses the corresponding button.
6. No commercial activity
The owner does not sell goods or services, display advertising, use affiliate links, receive donations or earn commissions through the website. Any books, devotional objects or contributions mentioned are offered by independent organisations with which the visitor deals directly.
7. Liability and applicable law
Permanent availability and the absolute absence of errors cannot be guaranteed. Mandatory liability is not excluded. This notice is governed by Spanish law and applicable European Union law, and may be updated when legal, technical or editorial circumstances change.
